You can get started by contacting our corporate events team via phone or email. We’ll ask a few questions or set up and online meeting to discuss your event requirements, goals, and preferences, and from there, we’ll develop a customized proposal for your review.
Our team provides on-site management to oversee all event logistics, including setup, registration, coordination of vendors, timing of activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We handle the details so you can focus on your guests. Should you require full event management, we will put together a detailed event schedule and running order which is shared with all applicable suppliers. Your day will be run keeping these time allocations in mind.
This would depend on the type of event that you are planning, however we recommend booking your event at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability and to provide ample time for planning and coordination. However, we can accommodate shorter lead times depending on the event’s complexity and our availability.
