Conferences
From a half-day strategy session to a multi-day conference with international delegates, we manage venue sourcing, delegate logistics, registration, staging, AV and branding as one coordinated programme, not a checklist handed to separate suppliers.
Catering coordination, speaker logistics and breakaway sessions are planned into the same run-of-show, so nothing needs reconciling on the day. Where a conference closes with a gala dinner or awards evening, that’s planned as part of the same programme too.

Cost depends on guest numbers, venue, production complexity and whether décor and travel logistics are included. We scope every event against your brief and budget range before proposing a plan, rather than quoting a flat rate that doesn’t reflect what your event needs.
For conferences, gala dinners and product launches, 3–6 months gives enough runway for venue and supplier availability, especially in peak season. Year-end functions are best confirmed by mid-year, before diaries fill toward November and December.
Yes — where a corporate event includes delegates or guests travelling in, we coordinate accommodation, transfers and programme logistics alongside the event itself, through our destination management service.
Yes. We source and shortlist venues against your brief — capacity, location, budget and technical requirements — and manage the venue relationship through to the event.
Décor, styling and furniture hire are managed through our own in-house inventory and styling team, alongside AV, staging and technical production — so décor and production are planned as one brief, not two separate suppliers.
