We understand that accidents happen. On our décor hire quotes, we charge a refundable breakages deposit to cover any damages. If a decor item is damaged or lost during your event, you will be liable for repair or replacement costs. Should all hired décor be returned undamaged and without any losses, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.
